when i first got this apartment it was 740 a month, and i enjoyed it was the perfect size for me and within my budget, the first year went well, but then the second year i renewed my lease and everything changed. the price went up to 790 a month, not that bad, but definately pushed my budget, the mantenance was never on time, ive had issues with roaches for the last several months and never had roaches before, my neighbors in a nearby building in the same ownership have issues with bedbugs. I had a leaking sink for 4 months before someone came out to fix it, and it ended causing black mold under my sink which they still have not fixed, the first year i lived there my dishwasher didnt even work and that didnt bother me untill the bug issues started. Now new managemeent has taken over, and the staff isnt friendsly like the old staff, and they want to raise rent to over 1100$ for a one bedroom with roaches and bedbugs? the hottubs never work, the "gym" has had all of its equipment stolen, and is never even open anymore! Im constantly having things stolen from my front porch, and what they're asking in price for a junior? with bugs and leaking ac units? When just a few weeks ago i watched a neighbor attack another with a hatchet and get arrested? They shouldn't even be charging 800 for this unit! let alone increase the rate 300$ when there are bugs in the units!! Its safe to say i don't see myself renewing with the new management, and i'll also be telling anyone who thinks about moving there to consider somewhere else .

I will never recommend this apartment to anyone, and I will warn others about the terrible service, the terrible maintenance, and the terrible apartments that are here. I cannot even remember how many times I have called maintenance because my AC is broken time after time. Within a month, I have had to call at least 2 separate times. Not only have I had to call them to fix the AC, but when they claim to have “fixed” it, I have to call again because it is STILL BROKEN. I call the front office and they tell me that they will send someone over to fix it, but two days later, no one has come and I come home from work to a house in the higher 80°s. When I first moved in, so many things were broken and I had to call multiple times for maintenance to come back because they didn’t fix the issues.
