Responsive staff!
I can say they are straying very hard to do all the repairs, and yes the hot water issue is a little bit of a problem, and ... the office staff has a much more business attitude which is nice, could at times be a little more up beat, I have only been here 2 months and the refurbishment of the apartment is greet , the only big negative I have to say is they need a hole lot more maintenance staff. Knowledgeable Staff, Clean and Cozy!
Had a great tour with one of the managers Jasmine awhile back while looking for an apartment. She was very knowledgeable ... on not just the property itself but all the happenings on the area around the complex as far as things to do, amenities, good places to eat and shop as well. Although the apartments weren’t what I was looking for, they looked clean, cozy and up to date. Hope to find more managers like Jasmine while I continue to search for an apartment. Very Impressed with New Management
I went in for a tour today at this community and had a really good experience with all of the staff there. I had been there ... about a year ago and it was different management and I’m very impressed with how much the property has improved. The office is very patient with me, very kind and very warm and welcoming. I haven’t made a decision on where I want to live yet but I will 100% keep peaks in mind because of well they treated me! . And Thank you Jasmine for all of your help today and your help figuring out my move date! You were great to tour with, I appreciate your patience and you not pressuring me into anything! Decent
Been here 3 yrs now. Its quiet. Havent had any real issues. Maintenance is SLOW to respond to nonemergency issues. Rent JUST ... shot WAY WAY up, but that seems the norm now. Lack of parking
